I just upgraded to a new lap top and tablet - the laptop has Windows 8. My phone was purchased when I was using a desktop with Windows Vista. Trying to make the transition, hit a bump„, a massive mountain more like it.
I am very distressed over this latest news:

Unless they are planning on giving me a new phone with this great camera in it, I don’t think their assistance is going to help — so sad. No more saving my phone lists and calendar events in a snap ……… so very sad :(
