$1.6 million just bought the world’s most expensive dog. Big Splash, or “Hong Dong” in Chinese, is an 11-month-old rare Red Tibetan Mastiff. He already stands nearly three-feet-high at the shoulder and weighs more than 180lbs. He was recently purchased by a Chinese coal baron.
